The head of the OSCE mission to the Republic of Moldova, parliamentarians and officials of the governmental, the academic, the economic and the civil milieus are also attending the Forum, along with the two Prime Ministers and the ex-Presidents of Romania, Poland and the Republic of Moldova.

The two premiers delivered speeches within the session titled "European Integration and Moldova. Challenges, obstacles, prospects". Vlad Filat said that this forum clearly proves the intensity of the Moldovan-EU dialogue, noting that Moldova managed to establish cooperation ties with the European Union based on democratic values.

Addressing the EU-Moldova Forum taking place in Chisinau, Kwasniewski stated that Poland supports Moldova’s Euro-integration. In this light, the Eastern Partnership project plays a very essential role, and its results may be very effective. This project is analogous to the Weimar Triangle. However, the ex-president said he is not particularly optimistic about Transnistrian conflict solution.

Donald Tusk said Wednesday that Poland will help Moldova to complete reforms started in 2009, when a pro-European alliance came to power in the former Soviet republic.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has been in Moldova for a forum on the former Soviet republic’s efforts to join the European mainstream. Poland will take up the EU rotating presidency for the second half of this year. Tusk and his Moldovan counterpart Vladimir Filat led the talks. Euronews.
